  • The natures, items, EVs and abilities are important here, not just the stats.

    Anyway:

Aerial Ace is terrible generally, unless you're paranoid of Heracross, Breloom and Virizion (they're hit hard enough by Outrage already). Replace it with Dragon Claw or Dual Chop as an alternative STAB, Taunt to prevent the opponent from setting up or Superpower to hit Ferrothorn hard.

Garchomp is an Uber. Just saying. Find someone else.

Never, ever use Hyper Voice on something that has Dragon moves, like Hydreigon, as Hyper Voice has redundant coverage with Hydreigon's Dragon STAB. If you want your Hydreigon to go mixed, here are some possible sets:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Outrage/Crunch
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 104 Atk/240 SAtk/164 Spe
    Item: Expert Belt/Life Orb

    or
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Superpower
    -Roost/Earthquake/Dark Pulse
    Nature: Rash
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Expert Belt/Life Orb
(latter set possible only with B2/W2)

Ferrothorn is more of a support mon, IMO. It's better with this set to make the most out of its support movepool. Gyro Ball is the better Steel STAB over Iron Head because Ferrothorn is too slow to utilize the flinch chance and Gyro Ball benefits from Ferrothorn's bad Speed:
    -Spikes/Stealth Rock
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip/Protect
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell/Rocky Helmet

Jellicent is the superior option over Blastoise because of its better defensive typing and excellent synergy with Ferrothorn:
    -Scald/Surf
    -Will-o-Wisp/Toxic
    -Recover
    -Taunt
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Scald
    -Shadow Ball/Ice Beam
    -Recover
    -Toxic/Will-o-Wisp
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/36 Def/220 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb

Forretress basically faces competition with Ferrothorn because both have access to hazards. While Ferrothorn has a better defensive typing and overall bulk, Forretress has slightly higher Defense and access to Volt Switch and Rapid Spin to escape Magnezone or get rid of hazards respectively. Donphan would be a good fit here, IMO (you may have to trade with someone for it, though):
    -Stealth Rock
    -Rapid Spin
    -Earthquake
    -Toxic/Roar/Knock Off
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy

    or
    -Rapid Spin
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Head Smash/Fire Fang
    -Ice Shard/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy

Again, Feraligatr sucks in OU. Loads of Water Pokemon can do its job better, like Gyarados:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Stone Edge
    -Earthquake/Bounce
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry/Wacan Berry

    or
    -Substitute
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Stone Edge/Bounce
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 56 HP/248 Atk/204 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Taunt
    -Waterfall
    -Stone Edge/Bounce
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 176 HP/128 Atk/204 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Waterfall
    -Dragon Tail/Roar
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate

    or
    -Taunt
    -Thunder Wave
    -Waterfall
    -Dragon Tail
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate

  • Ive done Some research on tournaments and such and Ubers dont seem to be banned that I know of.

Can Hydro be worked with that in its current state. Such a pain in the butt to breed for the specific nature once again. Also where can Draco be taught. I think I am missing something here

Mainly Ive used hyper Voice for combos in doubles such as Earthquake and Hyper voice to do a double KO

What about thoughts I getting a Charizard with a rash nature (still charmander)

Haxorus (78) / Rivalry Ev 255 Atk and Spd

    Jolly, Holds Dragon Fang

    Hp 216 Dragon Claw
    Atk 306 Earthquake
    Def 160 Dragon Dance
    Sp Atk 94 Aerial Ace
    Sp Def 138
    Spd 249

Because you only have one dragon type move on Haxorus, it's a little counter productive to be using the Dragon Fang. Use Life Orb or Lum Berry instead. Mold Breaker is also the superior option over Rivalry because of its reliability and usefulness (letting you hit things like Latias, Rotom-W, and Gengar).

Hydreigon (86) / Levitate Ev 255 Sp Atk and Spd

    Rash, Expert Belt

    Hp 255 Outrage
    Atk 211 Hyper Voice
    Def 179 Dragon Pulse
    Sp Atk 312 Work up
    Sp Def 144
    Spd 237

Hydreigon can learn Draco Meteor from Iris / Dreyden depending on your version in Opelucid City. Hydreigon has a hard time working with you're current set. Definitely go with the set(s) PlatinumDude recommended.

Inferape (96) / Blaze EV unknown

    Impish, Black Belt/Charcoal

    HP 294 Flamethrower
    Atk 249 Bulk up
    Def 195 Close Combat
    Sp atk 216 Earthquake
    Sp Def 154
    Spd 256

The Black Belt only enhances Fighting type moves, and (just like Haxorus) doesn't really benefit the set as a whole. He likes having a Life Orb instead. Also, Infernape can't use Bulk Up too well because it's not meant to hang around for long. Moves like Nasty Plot or Swords Dance are better. But if you want to run a mixed Infernape set, try this:

    Infernape @ Life Orb
    Blaze
    Naive [+Speed ; -Sp. Defense] / Hasty [+Speed ; -Defense]
    252 Attack / 4 Sp. Attack / 252 Speed
    - Overheat
    - Close Combat
    - U-Turn / Grass Knot
    - Stone Edge / Mach Punch

Lastly, Pokemon like Charizard don't work too well in OU because of it's typing, the prevalence of SR, and the fact that there are other stronger Pokemon that can do Charizard's job better (like your Infernape). If, for whatever reason, you do go with Charizard, I suggest you go with Donphan like PlaninumDude recommended. Just be wary of Ice Shard!

    Good luck! :3

  • So pretty much for each pokemon I have I should have another one to negate the weaknesses?

What are peoples thoughts on Sableye?
