I completely agree with these, in fact, playing Snakewood right now.

Hack of the Year 2012 !
Best Mapping - Light Platinum
Best Scripting - Dark Rising
Most Graphical Appeal - Flora Sky
Best Story Line - Snakewood
Best Gameplay - Dark Rising
Most Engaging Hack - SkyLine


But for me Flora Sky is the best..
except for those stupid doors without opening animations..

Pokemon Ruby Destiny: Life of Guardians (It was well put together, it was very challenging and I love how the creator put cries of other region Pokemon in there)

Pokemon Ash's quest, haven't played a lot so until now, its this one

I really enjoyed Ash Gray, the nostalgia factor, off the charts!

pokemon shining opal.... i diwnloaded my first rom fire red but it was patched over with shining opal and that was the first hack rom i ever saw/heard of so its in my history as my favorite game

Pokemon Dark Phantom - "漆黑的魅影"
It's the best GBA hack game in china.

I like Ash Grey the best probably because I'm a fan of the anime .

I think that Pokemon Liquid Crystal would have to be my top hack.

Liquid Crystal all the way. They went through with it, and it's really amazing. I like how they finished it while adding some stuff of they're own. Can't wait for the next Beta.

I haven't played a lot of hacks yet but from the ones that I've played I thought Ruby Destiny was the best one. Other than the crappy sprites for the 4th gen it was a very good hack.
