The Pokémon Anime Rules
More than ten years, four regions, 493 Pokémon and still counting, we continue to follow Ash and Pikachu as they travel through the world of Pokémon. Meeting new friends and competing in new things, Ash has always been the one to follow how things work, or at least a majority of the time he does. Taking him as the focal point of the Pokémon Anime, we should follow in his footsteps. Or in short, just follow these simple rules and procedures for the Pokémon TV Show and Movies forum.The Rules
▪ Above all, please note that the PokéCommunity Rules do apply here. Failure to follow them may lead to a given warning or infraction. This ranges from Character Limit Bypass, Disrespect to members, Censor Bypassing, etc. ▫ Linking to an outside site that displays the Pokémon Anime illegally is strictly prohibited- except for legal sites that do provide them (i.e. The Official Pokémon Site, TV Tokyo, Cartoon Network, etc). One who chooses to do so will be given an infraction for providing Illegal Material [4 points]. However, you are welcome to post a short clip that is no longer than 5 minutes to support an argument, answer a question, etc. -Illegal music files from the anime such as MP3s are also prohibited.
▪ Asking for outside websites to provide you with episodes of the Pokémon Anime or Movies is also not tolerated here. First attempt will be followed with a warning. Second Attempt will be followed with a given infraction [4 points].
▪ Episode discussion threads are excused from the 30-Day Revival rule. While it's a rare case that episode discussions are ever revived, it is still note worthy so a duplicate thread isn't made about the same thread.
- For the Best Wishes saga, we have begun to compile an episode index for both the Dubbed titles and Japanese titles. The indexes will be found within the Episode Index sticky in the Episode Discussion forum. First post being for the dubbed titles and second being for the Japanese titles to avoid beforehand spoilers.
▫ While making a thread pertaining something that has happened only in the Japanese anime please use the spoilers prefix. For example, let's say Ash just a caught a new Pokemon in the Japanese anime. If someone where to make a thread regarding that, it would include the spoilers prefix.[h2][/h2]Shipping Debates
▫ Shipping Debates: [link] The place where you can freely discuss your favorite type of Anime Shipping. If you're seeking the Shipping Debates thread for the Pokémon Manga, then you'll find that over here. For those interested in joining a group based on their favorite type of Shipping, I suggest checking out the forum, Pokémon Groups. Be warned as the title of this thread may vary from time to time. XD; As we continue following Ash and Pikachu's journey across the many regions that magically appear over time, I hope we will continue to follow these rules and procedures. However, as time goes by things can change, so please keep in mind that these rules may be subjected to change whenever need be; depending on the present moderator of Pokémon TV Show and Movies.
