    With yours I don't quite understnad what you mean by two-tier
    If you mean evolves twice then the pokemon is Duskull
    If you mean evolves once then it could be Spoink, Shuppet, Muchlax, Blitzle or Yamask

    @serperion whoops little tired when I wrote that, you are right with Duskull and the other possible pokemon I was thinking of was Tynamo. Your's was steelix.

    It is said to be able to turn invisible
    It is only really available for capture in one game
    It can naturally learn Aura Sphere

    Mew, only can be captured at Faraway Island in Emerald

    Its the Largest, but not the heaviest
    Can breed with much smaller pokemon
    One of the few to use Water Spout

    This pokemon is based on a fox
    It is classified with as brown for the dex color
    It was Bill's first caught pokemon

    Nope, it is actually abra :P I'm going to guess that your pokemon is magneton

    It is a flying type pokemon
    It is immune to psychic type attacks
    It is evolves with use of an item

    It doesn't get STAB on Thunderbolt.
    It evolved by trading something.

    Correct. Going to have to say porygon-z as it only becomes a porygon-z when traded with the dubious disc

    Its line use to have the signature move of night shade
    It is said that your shadow may contain it
