I examined your list and it has too many of things and not enough numbers of them (e.g., 1x of almost 20 different pokemon as opposed to 3-4x of only 10). You also have too many types of Pokémon in this deck. Generally, the maximum amt. of types in a deck you want to have are three. Here is a revised version of your decklist based mainly around water type Pokémon. Let me know if you don't have some of the cards in this list, and I'll change it for you.

4 Eevee PLF-90
3 Vaporeon PLF-20
2 Glaceon PLF-23
2 Mewtwo-EX promo BW45
2 Emolga DRX-45
1 Manaphy PLS-34

4 Potion
2 Revive
4 Hypnotoxic Laser
3 Rescue Scarf / Float Stone
2 Energy Retrieval (NOT the superior one)
4 Ultra Ball
4 N
4 Professor Juniper
3 Skyla
2 Colress
1 Scramble Switch / Dowsing Machine / Computer Search (These three ACE SPECs would work nicely with this deck. Just test and see which works best)
1 Virbank City Gym

8 Water
2 Prism
2 DCE

I decided to try out another deck, and it worked great against my brother's super-deck.

Deck information
Deck name:White Fire
Strategy:Beat your opponent by quickly charging Kyurem

4 White Kyurem EX BC 103
4 Chandelure PF 16
4 Lampent PF 15
4 Litwick PF 14

4 Pokemon Communication BW 99
4 Energy Search BW 93
4 Rare Candy DE 100
4 Skyla BC 134
1 Crystal Edge BC 138
4 Superior Energy Retrieval PF 103

14 Fire Energy BW 106
9 Water Energy BW 107

Also, the whole point of the other deck was Ho-oh, so I didn't really want to change it. Plus, my deck wasn't very good.

Maybe. I don't have any Junipers or Great Balls at the moment, so maybe I can trade for them at the next league. Problem is, my deck goes through energy super fast, so I would rather not get rid of energy. At the moment, I'm missing 1 Skyla and 2 Rare Candies. I replaced them with a Heavy Ball, a Plasma Ball, and a Ghetsis.

2 more Fire Energy, 2 less Water Energy. After having a better look at your list, Chandelure's energy attachment method won't help you as much late in the game with the White Kyurem EX you've chosen. The Plasma Storm one might serve you better with Chandelure, as it'll do a flat 120 without having to dig up Crystal Edge if you attach even 2 of the Energy with aid from Chandelure, and you won't have to discard every time, and you can also take advantage of the damage that Chandelure's Ability would deal to it by turning it into extra damage you can do without taking damage every turn to recharge back up.
