Defeat the Elite Four & Champion with 1 Pokemon!

Items were used- Full Restores, Flame Plate
Moves: Dragon Claw, Air Slash, Flamethrower, Heat Wave
Game: Soulsilver
Obtained after beating Red from Professor Oak, legit.

The hardest was Lance, because of the Gyrados intimidate. I Forgot to pack X items for it, and also I was terrified that Lance's Altaria wold use Perish Song. (It was he last Pokemon too, and I couldn't KO it with one hit.)
