    I don't really like Seamus, but you know...< <;; I like how it has a sort of opposite light effect, but the green is slightly too dark for my tastes.

    Smooth animation, but I'm not too fond of the way it's drawn...or maybe it's his hairstyle. *shrugs*

    Border, Transparency, Neater re-color, and easier to see. <--You should make it those things.

    Border= It's glowing red
    Transparency=Can't do that with Paint
    Other two= I try.

    Anime avatars are rather boring, unless they are animated or have cool effects or text added to them. Still, it's a part of your theme.
