    YOUR CHALLENGE ENDS WHEN YOU BEAT RED AND ELITE FOUR TWICE! Look In Spoiler For Details About Gyms/ Elite 4 And RED!

    Of Course Emulators Are Allowed.
    1.You may only use one pokemon to battle
    2.HM Slaves are allowed
    3.You may use your starter until you get your solo runner
    4.You may trade an egg of the pokemon then hatch it in-game
    5.You must have your pokemon before 2ND GYM6. Pokemon may be caught for storage
    7. No hacking and cheating Without my permission
    8. Game must be either Pokemon - Heart Gold Or Soul Silver
    9. For Double Battles HM Slaves Are Allowed To Battle
    10. Must Update Progress At Least Once A Week
    11. Must Have Pokemon By 2ND Gym
    12.Have Fun
    ( If It Has No Nickname Just Leave It As Original Name )
    You May Trade In Pokemon Or Egg To Use. Pokemon Must Be Under Level 5
    When Updating Put It In Short Easy To Read Bullet Points, Dont Put In Long Hard To Read Paragraphs

    • Hmm, this is a pretty good idea :) I might try this once I SR my shiny Ho-oh and transfer it to my Diamond.

    I would probably go with:

    Shroomish/Evolving/Soul Silver

    I'm pretty sure the Spore/Focus Punch/Seed Bomb/Facade or Rock Slide set up will own everything in game :)

    • Sounds good, I actually did this with the japanese version of Heart Gold, I used a Totodile (evolving) and ended up with a level 70 Feraligatr near the end of the game, I might try this again on the japanese rom sometime (don't want to lose my save file from Soul Silver)

    I just did this with my Feraligatr, but is it cheating if you have to revive your one pokemon? Red was super-hard, I was level 90 by time I got to him, then used a few rare candies to even the odds.

    I will have to use cheats for this I think. I'm not sure, I've forgotten if you get Headbutt before the 2nd gym or not. It's in that Forest with the Fardfetch'd

    Also, I may add a nickname later.

    I will use a cheat (I hope you allow me) to add him in my team after getting my starter Totodile (which I will use for Surfing) and I will start my journey ;]

    JOURNEY STARTED

    • Got my starter Totodile and then cheated for getting Flow (my Scyther)
    • Got running shoes at Cherrygrove City
    • Finished prof.Elm's errand
    • Defeated all trainers on Route 30 and Route 31
    • Arrived at Violet City

    The battle wasn't as hard as I expected. The Pidgeotto took only 3 Quick Attacks and it was down ;]

    Woow...

    I was on noisy forest...

    I saw like 12-14 Venonats, 3 Wobbuffets and ONE Oddish... I even got a !!!, but one single ! oddish... And I didn't manage to catch it... but now I have a wobuffet and Venonat :P

    I'll post when I get my Oddish.

    EDIT:

    Wowza... with my next 40 watts, I found: Two wobbuffets (One !! and the other !!!) and two Venonats...

    I used Vacuum Wave (fighting-type attack) and Clefairy got down with 2 hits (it used Mimic so I didn't get damage from it). The Miltank used Rollout (because it's sooo smart >_<) and got my HP down to 22 before my 3rd (and final) hit with Vacuum Wave and when it fainted.

    • Got through the National Park
    • Caught Sudowoodo and learned it Rock Smash
    • Arrived at Ecruteak City
    • Got HM03-Surf in the Dance Theater and learned it to Splash! (my Totodile)
    • Cleared up the Burned Tower

    Easy as always ... the only thing was that Flow got paralyzed but that wasn't a problem! I used Slash on all of them except Bayleef which was OHKO'd with Wing Attack xD

    Healed up and ready for dealing with Morty, my awesome Flow had no problem with this gym leader! Pursuit saved the day xD

    Oh and once again I didn't get any damage from the gym leader's pokemon. Yay for Flow!

    Don't want to loose my game on the DS xD

    Anyway we shouldn't go too much off topic :]
