Anyway just beat the e4 on my 5th try and now i'm off to kanto, karens umbreon was the only challenge really, the rest of her team weren't too bad!

Lance was pretty tricky but Hypnosis and shadow ball worked a treat ;D

I'm selectively blind, you can understand that, right? Plus, is it so impossible that he couldn't have leveled his Gastly up? Why do you have to assume so damn quickly? Are you Poke King or something now? Get real. You probably have all kinds of people cheating that you're unaware of.
 
TheOperaGhost - What's wrong with the 36 level gap on his Gastly between posts? For all you know he could have been playing it night and day and thats how he got those levels. Just because he's beating this challenge at the moment doesn't mean he's cheating, cut the guy some slack.
 
Why am I being accused of cheating aha, my playtime is 27:29 now and I have 11 badges, my Gengar is level 67.
I'm hardly level'n up that fast if you take into account i'm not spending time catching pokemon or training other pokemon, I don't understand why you were so quick to asume I was cheating.
I didn't know what the rules were on the legendarys of the game so I've just fled from them all haha even the shiny Gyrados xD
On my way down t' fuschia now to get my 12th badge :P
Just got the TM Psychic and I'm tempted to teach my Gengar it but I don't know what I'd replace hmm

 You're being accused of cheating because the OP is a Pokemon tight-ass that believes everyone should be updating every little thing they do from leveling up, to watching their Pokemon take a crap in the woods. Apparently, the idea that people actually have other **** to do rather than update their progress on a Pokemon game flew right over the OP's head.
To the OP, if you honestly believe that people will update every step of the way, you're a jackass of epic proportions. This isn't Twitter, and we aren't obligated to update everything. There's no rule saying otherwise, but I'm assuming after you read this post, you'll add one.
P.S: All caps is considered spam.

Whatever happened to Challenges being for the fun and adventure? If this Challenge is going to be marred by an OP with a god-complex, then I think someone should just make a new thread. BUT, if you do make a new thread, be sure that you're not a tight-ass that demands updates every week, on the week.

A.) How the hell do you expect us to play Pokemon? I thought Video Games were mostly based off of sight.

B.) We wouldn't be able to read your post anyway, so it doesn't matter.

Oh, and here's another piece of interesting information.

Connor never broke the one-week update rule in the first place. His posts were only a few days apart, and by a few, I mean less than seven. If anyone's blind here, it's gotta be the OP.

Actually, I can play just off of my hearing 0-0 I've memorized the cries, the maps, etc. lolol

but yeah :| OP, lighten up. This is supposed to be fun. You're making a big deal out of someone not updating. Heck, most of my challengers barely update. I don't get on their ass about it because there are more important things in life. Pokemon sure as Hell isn't one of 'em.

Thought I was goin' through the story mode a bit fast so taking a break to level my Gengar up (:

@ Conor - You are MEANT to update with how you got your levels, you cant just have a big jump in between.

That's a shame your writing was very well presented, I even told my mum about it don't ask why haha!

I wasn't flamin' was just a bit pissed off that I got disqualified!

I'm carrying on with my solo run regardless 'cos I love my Gengar ;D

Can I evolve the HM Slaves?

That is actually pretty damn awesome, Yusshin. I find it hard to play off just the hearing and maps, but to memorize them? Now that's being a hardcore fan.

You can report me all you want. It doesn't stop me it being the truth. You're a prideful, egotistical jerk that expects everyone to do exactly as you order them to do, and when they don't, you throw a fit about it. Make a new thread if you want, but people will end up posting off-topic (or post outside of updates), and it'll just force you to close the thread again.

My personal advice is to learn to act your age. If that's too much to handle, try being polite for once.

That's actually a real shame, because I loved your updates. The CSS gave it a unique feel to it, and I actually started to learn CSS coding because I saw your updates and I wanted to do something similar.

Maybe you didn't catch the notice, which wouldn't surprise me, but the OP wants the thread closed. I doubt he's taking any more registrations in this thread.

Now I see nothing wrong with there being a gap between updates for people - nobody is going to post after every significant thing. Of course the less detail put in the far less interesting the post is and entertaining it is (like Totodile!'s stuff), but that's their loss I suppose.

There was certainly however no need for the arguing/insults/whatnot between the TO and also other members here - no need to call other people jerks or whatnot. Next time there's a problem just report it instead of shouting, etc because if it doesn't get reported then the problem escalates and us mods may not catch it right away (irl stuff and other obligations keep us from being on 24/7 =P), and we'll see if it really is spam or whatnot.

I don't see a point continuing this thread given the arguing and all plus the TO wants this closed, so closed it shall be. But I'll make a new thread for this challenge so there's no need for further bad blood between some of you, and so you actually still have a thread to use. Don't want to keep the potential for more arguments to occur. *goes to do so*
