    1-Picked up Snivy as my starter and defeated Bianca and Cheren no problem
    2-Nicknamed Snivy, got pokedex and Mom's Fishing Rod
    3-Learned how to catch Pokemon...for the 100th time xD...and recieved some Poke'balls

    - Picked Totodile as starter, which will later evolve into Feraligatr for my team. Nickname: F.

    - F achieves LVL 9 before we fight the rival.

    - I return to Prof. Elm's lab, also the scene of a crime, and name my rival Nobody.

    I'm going to try and answer these questions, if you don't mind.

    For the first question: As far as I know, as long as the resultant pokemon has the letter (Like getting a feebas and evolving it into a milotic for your m) it should be fine to have them but if you have a middle evolution, you cannot evolve it to its final form if it changes the letter (Like pikachu to raichu). If this isn't the case then I guess I've already messed up XD

    Second question: I'm pretty sure it is the forum name, not ingame.

    I still haven't caught the rest of the Pokemon in my party because I can only get them late in the game...the next Pokemon that should be in my team is Jynx...

    • Sorry Liljz, I have to quite this challenge for now. I as using save states (from DesMuMe) to save this game while also having my other game file as its main save file. I was playing around on my normally saved file and accidentally saved over my saved state :( I might try this again later with a different game but I'm a little annoyed at having to redo all that over, especially with the amount of training I had to put in just to pass the first gym lol.
