[Theory] Nurse Joy +Officer Jenny

Alright I just had a thought 💭
And I feel somewhat serious about it....
Is Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny a Pokemon?
They all look the same, the ones with tan could be 'shiny'...

If so are they a standalone pokemon?
Maybe Nurse Joy is evolution of Chansey or Blissel, it's not a pokemon assisting but a Intern in training to be the next Nurse Joy
Maybe both could all be Dittos with imposter ability that are copying a person who is long since dead
Any thoughts?

I know, it's one those weird things you can't rule out, I am surprised no one covered this yet tho

This has become one of my favourite posts. I could definitely see this being true, considering the police officer Ditto in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.

Oh thats a good point their was that incident and I think a few other in game ones that may not be direct but can add chance to that outcome that may not be direct in implication but enforces the chance that Ditto could do this
