[Merchandise] Pokemon 23K set

What does a shipped Pokemon 23k set of 6 look like? I came across one a couple of years still wrapped in a heavy plastic. Attached are some pics. Would you sell like it is or open the plastic and sell the set together? Price for as is?

Was not going to sell on this platform but get an idea of worth and whether I should open up. Hopefully there is someone out there that has come across something like this.
