[Pokeemerald] Follow Me

(I'm using expansion by the way) For some reason when I exit a cave or room, my character doesn't move up one step in front of the door which can cause bugs, this happens even without a follower. Is there a way to fix this?

I've reworked the branch so that it can be easily merged into pokeemerald. You can find my repo here. There is also one that works with the most recent version of rh-hideout's pokeemerald-expansion, that can be found here.
