And if you check Pokemon Secure USA DS Events and Serebii's event database you'll find that indeed, TRU Dragonite has to have the Classic Ribbon. :)

Thanks. I have seen both of those Databases, however I have also seen Event Videos and Lists claiming/showing the opposite. :)

I suppose it's neither here nor there since we are not trading for it...

Also, I've just received a PCNYd Alteria. Would PCNY Seadra be ok instead?

Yeah but if Nintendo says that it should have the ribbon attached, well it has to have it :laugh:
