    At a quick glance:

    Into the microscope:

    Uxie @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Stealth Rock
    - U-turn
    - Thunder Wave
    - Zen Headbutt
    Followed Aragonbird's advice.
    --------

    Poliwrath (F) @ Salac Berry
    Trait: Water Absorb
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Spd / 252 SDef
    Adamnt Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Bulk Up
    - Hypnosis
    - Waterfall
    - Focus Punch
I love this set. Sets up bulk up a few times, then hypnosis+focus punch, gg.
    --------

    Arcanine (F) @ Liechi Berry
    Trait: Flash Fire
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Crunch
    - ExtremeSpeed
    - Thunder Fang
    - Flare Blitz
Surprisingly this guy sometimes can actually take out a Starmie. Flare Blitz is the main attack, Extremespeed if they have little HP, Thunder Fang and Crunch for coverage.
    --------

    Slowking (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Oblivious
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Psychic
    - Surf
    - Calm Mind
    - Ice Beam
Man my favorite pokemon by far. Special Attacks barely even do anything to this girl, surprisingly. Flamethrower gives it good coverage while Surf is for STAB and Psychic is as well.
    --------

    Absol (F) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Super Luck
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Night Slash
    - Sucker Punch
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Swords Dance
Generic Super Luck+Night Slash+252 EV kill Absol.
    --------

    Spiritomb (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP / 140 Atk / 116 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Sucker Punch
    - Pursuit
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Pain Split
I followed Aragonbird's advice, this guy is used for Mismagius's and other threats.

    A final glance:

    Old Members
    Spoiler:

    Steelix (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Rock Head
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Stealth Rock
    - Toxic
    - Stone Edge
Steelix is mainly here just to set up stealth rocks and maybe toxic. Earthquake and stone edge are mainly for STAB and any things that it can probably KO.

    Manectric (F) @ Focus Sash
    Trait: Static
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Hardy Nature
    - Flamethrower
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Charge
I'm not completely sure about this guy, Flamethrower gives it coverage against grass types and such and hidden power gives it for Ground. However, he is quite fragile, I'm still wondering if I should replace him.

    Ambipom (F) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Spd / 252 SDef
    Hardy Nature
    - Fake Out
    - Pursuit
    - U-turn
    - Thunder Wave
I'm not sure if I want to keep thunder wave, I'm still thinking about it.

    Furret (F) @ Choice scarf
    Trait: Keen Eye
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Substitute
    - Focus Punch
    - Toxic
    - Trick
Sub-puncher, toxic to cripple, trick to lock them in.

First of all, don't use steelix as a lead. Any taunt lead lead will outspeed it and completeky shut it down.

      Use aerodactyl instead
      [email protected] focus sash
      jolly
      4 HP/252 att/ 252 spe
      taunt
      stealth rock
      rock slide
      earthquake

Next, you're slowking set isn't very good. Use this one instead

      [email protected] leftovers
      calm
      212 HP/ 44 spA/252 spD
      surf
      ice beam
      Thunder wave
      slack off

this set will allow you to take more special attacks and provide t- wave support

also, why do you have will o wisp on absol? replace it with super power.

Finally, you're manetric set is also pretty bad. This set will give you way better results.

Aerodactyl is OU. This team is UU, but I agree, Steelix hasn't done much as a lead.
I like the Slowking set but no, I don't want to copy smogon more.
        Will do about Manectric.

So the main thing that's crippled me was Mismagius. I'll replace Steelix with a different lead and see what happens then.

I'm concerned about Poliwrath. Why is it Naughty (+Atk, -SDef) when it should be Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)? You can just max HP and Attack and put the rest in Speed (Poliwrath's Speed isn't that good, to be honest). As for the moves: I like the Hypnosis + Focus Punch combo, but I think it's risky because of Hypnosis' low accuracy (keep it, though). Also, why Earthquake, when you can just use STAB Waterfall (which outdamages it)?

I'll probably replace EQ with Waterfall, and I'll change the nature as well. Thanks!

Edit: I removed Steelix as the lead and this is what I have.

Yeah your movesets suck for the most part.

            STEELIX

Even if you aren't going to use Steelix anymore, there is absolutely no reason for you to max out its Defense. Steelix's Defense is so high that everyone is going to use Special Attacks to beat it. So to be a successful wall, Steelix needs to have a Careful Nature with 252 SDef EVs.

Anyways, you can replace Steelix with Uxie, who is also a physical wall that can lay down Rocks,

            Uxie @Leftovers
            Impish Nature
            252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def

            -Stealth Rock
            -U-Turn
            -Thunder Wave
            -Zen Headbutt

            SLOWKING

Slowking's main selling point over Slowbro is the fact that it can learn Nasty Plot, so use it over Calm Mind
Your EVs need work. Since you're going to sweep and not wall, you don't need any Special Defense EVs. Move all of your SDef EVs into HP.

            ABSOL

Why does it have Will-o-wisp? Absol is a sweeper, it doesn't have time to worry about inflicting status moves. It's way too frail for that. Also, with only Night Slash and Sucker Punch, anything that resists Dark (Fighting, Steel, and Dark types) will wall you completely. If you want to sweep, you need to have move coverage. Use Psycho Cut for Fighting types and Superpower for Dark/Steel types.

Your EVs also need work. Absol isn't a very fast Pokemon, so it needs all the speed it can get. There's no point in giving it max HP.

Your final set should look like this:

            Absol @ Life Orb
            4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
            Adamant Nature
            Super Luck

            - Sucker Punch
            - Psycho Cut
            - Superpower
            - Swords Dance

If Mismagius gives you trouble, then you can replace Manectric with Spiritomb.

            Spiritomb @Leftovers
            Careful Nature
            252 HP / 140 Atk / 116 SpDef

            -Sucker Punch
            -Pursuit
            -Will-o-wisp
            -Pain Split

Thanks Aragonbird, that helped me a lot.
Should I use Uxie over Ambipom though?

Yes, because Ambipom can't set up Stealth Rock and your Ambipom doesn't even have a good nature/EVs (why Hardy? why 252 SDef Evs?)
