"Hector stood alone on the rooftop, observing what remained of the city as the nuclear bomb was detonating, and the blast coming towards him. The image gave Hector a strange sensation of hope. Hope that one day, Pokemon and humans can indeed be partners again, can indeed be friends. Hope that one day, the world could return to the way it was.

With that final thought in his head, Hector Arcturus, for the first time since the War had started, for the first time in years, smiled."

"It was only 15 minutes later when the Zorua woke up startled, the sound of a booming explosion coming from behind them although she wasn't positive which direction it actually was. Immediately lifting her large head up to the window, her small nose touched the glass as her red eyes viewed the most powerful explosion she had ever saw. Although her sight of the scene was limited, she continued to watch as the land below layers of smoke split apart, the sudden, soon cracked roars of pokemon and people pinching her eardrums. The radiation from the blast also came through, hitting Lydia as she could sense something odd in her body. "Just imagining it…". Pressing her paws once again on the glass, she let out a cry of despair in reaction to her fallen friends. It echoed with the tiny voice the Zorua had always carried inside her, releasing out the built up emotions and memories she could no longer carry for those she use to hold deep in her heart. Nothing was going to be the same, ever again…"

Setting and History

Before the previous Sinnoh War, some of the Humans didn't treat their Pokemon well, and they were torturing them and bossing them around. Some angered Pokemon couldn't accept this and formed the Pokemon Rebellion, with one goal - to take over the region, and gain their freedom. The humans knew they were planning revenge, and the Human Republic was formed to defend their own kind against the enraged beasts. Soon the battle turned from a small city fight to a national war where every city was basically included.

It was the year 2020 when the Sinnoh War had started (and ended), and after months of battling, the Sinnoh Region ended with a boom. Since then, Sinnoh has been a wasteland, uninhabitable all the way, with Canalave city being the only (merely) functioning city with the help from other regions. Despite that, people there will still have to wear anti-radiation suits, and the people and workers there are trying their best to revive the dead region once again. Thirty Minutes before the detonation of the large nuclear bomb, a small number of humans and Pokemon had left the region to escape certain death, and they've fled to different regions and islands. Kanto, Unova, Johto and Hoenn were willing to provide them new homes and basic needs.

However, some people knew that not all humans/Pokemon were bad, and some wanted to end the Sinnoh War as soon as possible. A shiny Umbreon spy named Wade, and a double-spy human Jun supported this theory, and they both wanted to end the War before the worst could happen, a war beyond their own time. With no other choice, the nuclear bomb came to mind, and secretly, Jun and Wade influenced HR head, and convinced him to use the bomb as a 'last resort'. In the end, the bomb was put into use, and 95% of the whole region was destroyed. This set a good example and warning, that Pokemon and Humans shouldn't fight each other, and it will only bring chaos and death at the end.

But after the bomb, the war DID stop, and the other regions have been in peace since then. Wade and Jun's plan DID work after all, and the bad humans have learnt their lessons. Once again, Pokemon and Humans live in harmony, where there is a balance between a master and a pet. A whole region was sacrificed for peace, but it was worth it, or was it?

Plot and Now

It is the year 2035, 15 years after the Sinnoh War. A new beginning starts in Hoenn, and it starts in a different season as well - Winter. The whole region is turned into a Winter Wonderland with snow and ice everywhere, covering almost every city in Hoenn. Something is different other than the climate, however - There are boundaries now. Since the Sinnoh War, Pokemon and Humans have been living in harmony, BUT, as they don't want to make the same mistake twice, they've isolated themselves, spilitting the region into two halves - The Humans call their region Amity. The Pokemon is simply called Utopia(check Rules and Map for the boundary line).

Pokemon and Humans have been on their own without the help from each other, but despite that, things between the two sides have been a little tense, and it's obvious that both sides are watching each other ever so carefully, observing their every move. Human technology has reached new heights, and hoverboards, jet packs, enhanced machines and armored vehicles are very common now. The Pokemon side is renamed Pokemon Entente as Pokemon from each city has united to form a big alliance, and the Human side continues to stand firm with the Human Republic. They try to avoid communicating in order to reduce the chances of arguments. Everything's been doing rather well, and apparently Wade and Jun's plan worked - The world is at peace. To maintain a good balance between the sides, Arceus has formed the League Of Legendaries, a sanctuary for Legendary Pokemon, and picked 6 elite and smart Legendaries to be in the team. Monitoring the worlds from above, the LoL Legendaries make sure that nothing goes wrong. The LoL Legendaries can morph into a human form, and a Pokemon form. They cannot use their godly powers, so they are no different than others. And if they reveal themselves or admit that they're actually a legendary Pokemon, they will be disintegrated at once. With these strict restrictions and rules, the LoL works carefully. And nothing's gone wrong for fifteen years. But not for long.

In the group of seven LoL Legendaries (including Arceus), most of them have good intentions, however, some don't. A small number of Legendary Pokemon don't want the world to be at peace. They want war, they want conflict and drama, they want Chaos. Despite their bad intentions, Arceus has no idea about their nasty plots, as he never thought that some LoL Legendaries would be this tricky and deceiving, not to mention those LoL Legendaries were picked by Arceus himself. Rumor has it that in the seven LoL Legendaries, three are bad, but even Arceus has no idea who they are, as everyone in the LoL looks kind and gentle. Mewtwo, a LoL Legendary, has been plotting the Pokemon and Humans' demise for years, and he's been acting good all this time. Together with two other LoL Legendaries, he launched an attack without Arceus knowing about it. Visiting a human city - Mauville City, Mewtwo and his partners hypnotized the entire city, forcing the humans there to attack a nearby Pokemon town - Slateport.

The hypnotized citizens' attack was miniscule, but the damage had been done, and The Pokemon Entente saw this attack as a takeover attempt. The head of the Entente wanted to talk about this with the head of the Human Republic, hoping that they could still maintain peace, and they had a private, one-on-one meeting. Nobody knew what they talked about in the meeting, but after the meeting, the two leaders came out with a smile on their faces, and everybody thought that things were back to normal again. But they were wrong. A day after the meeting, the head of the Human Republic was assassinated, and many humans blamed Pokemon for his death. Before the Entente could reply, the Human Republic declared war, ending the fifteen years of peace.

In the snowy region, another War is about to erupt, and you're smack dab in the middle of it...

You

You are either a Pokemon or a Human in the divided Hoenn region. Since the whole nation is at war, you are ordered to help your species. As a human, you are charged with the defense of your region named Amity. You must obey orders, plan, unite, persevere, and end the conflict, and save the human race as you battle Pokemon and uncover the truths and lies of the War, and attempt to win it. As a Pokemon, your job is relatively the same. Through intense daily fighting, your goal is to end the war, whether through a peace, a stalemate, or the complete eradication of the humans.

But both sides remember how horrible the last war went, a few of the fighters veterans of that war, or had friends or family that were in that war. No matter how horribly this one goes, though, nobody wants a repeat of the last one. But will people repeat their past mistakes?

Ranks and Classes

The Human Republic has a total of Five ranks -

Private < Sergeant < Lieutenant < Commander (second-in-command) < General

And The Human Republic has different classes -

Weapon Specialist - A Weapon Specialist masters one particular weapon, for example: A Sniper Specialist uses the sniper only, but is a super accurate sharpshooter, with a minuscule miss chance. You can also be a demolitions specialist, sword specialist, Shotgun Specialist, etc.

Soldier - A Soldier is a generic fighter in the Human Republic, but is able to use two different weapons. However, their aren't specialized, therefore they aren't as elite as the Weapon Specialists are with their single weapons. Still, Soldiers can weild two weapons, any weapons, from a hangun and a shotgun to a sniper and a katana, etc . Remember that all weapons are high-tech then, so maybe some bullets are replaced by plasma or lasers. That doesn't mean, however, that you can't choose the classic, older, reliable weapons.

Spy - A spy, obviously, infiltrates enemy cities, towns and bases in order to gather information. An assassin is also in this category, therefore spies are also sent to assassinate enemy units. A spy can use one light weapon like a pistol, a knife, shurikens etc. Spies are among the quickest, most agile of humans, and, in certain scenarios, can't avoid being seen.

Engineer - No, he doesn't fix things. He builds them. He can build mini defensive turrets (okay for those who know Team Fortress - Sentry Guns) and operate them on the battlefield to hold defensive points, and he has something else that the others don't - He has a mech suit. While he can place defensive turrets and enhance structures in defensive battles, he can use his powerful mech suit to aid him in offensive battles. But there's one downside - he cannot use anything else other than the mech suit in battles, which means no grenades, no guns, no knives. Maybe a wrench though. Another downside - mech suits are big and heavy, and once it's broken you won't have anything else to use, and you will have to use time to repair.

The Pokemon Entente has three ranks only -

Warrior < Chief (second-in-command) < Leader

The Pokemon Entente doesn't have any classes as every Pokemon can be different. However, there are two positions for Chief (Second-in-Command).

Rules -

[1] I'm the GM of this RP, and I make the final decisions. Feel free to give me suggestions, but please understand that I may not follow everything. You can also ask Supervegeta or XxSweetDreamsxX as they are my co-gms.

[2] Please post your SU in the OOC thread, and wait for the GM's permission before posting in the IC thread. If you aren't accepted, there must be a reason, so please consider what it is before picking up a fight.

[3] This is rather important - STAY ACTIVE IN THE RP. It's recommended that you should at least post twice to thrice every week (although it's better if you post more often than that). If you're leaving the RP, give me a call. If you're going vacation, and is unable to post for a while, let me know. If you are inactive, the GM will kick you out of the RP.

[4] The password for the SU is 'Revolution', include it in the SU or you will not be accepted until you do.

[5] Be nice to each other. I do not want to see any fights or arguments in the OOC thread or in the RP. We want to 'Have Fun', not 'Have None'. Those who don't respect fellow RPers will receive a warning. Three warnings and you're out permanently.

[6] If you'd like to request a particular weapon, tell me and I will think about it. Do NOT add some overpowered weapons into the RP without a permission or you will receive a warning. Note that requesting weapons should still fall under your class. As a Weapons Specialist, your weapon should fall under your class.

[7] General RPing rules apply, which means no Gary Stus, Mary Sues, spamming, one-lining, flaming etc. Warnings will be given if you keep posting one-liners instead of a neat paragraph.

[8] Please add your name, and your location, Bold form on top of your paragraph so people will know where you are.

[9] Pokemon are Pokemon, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE are they allow to drive cars, use guns, or operate any other human equipment without the consent of ALL THREE GMs.

[10] As a general rule, only one character will be allowed. HOWEVER, if you happen to choose a LoL character, you will be allowed a secondary character in the PE or HR seeing as you will only be allowed to use the LoL character around 35% into the RP. You CAN add some 'NPC's though if you want some backstory or something. Just don't use him too often.

[11] This RP is rated T post something that's not over the T rating.

[12] You can only post a maxmimum of three times every day (in 24 hours) do not write more than that or it'll be fast. Ideal speed: 1 post per day. Can be less. Not to fast please.

Human SU:

Name: Jack Spark

Gender: Male

Rank: Commander

Class: Weapon Specialist (BioArm… lol)

Age: 30 (holy crap that old)

Starting Weapon: BioArm is pretty much enough, I guess :P

Appearance: Jack is pretty much the same as he was 15 years ago, the same black hair, the same black jacket. He has grown taller, and gained some weight too. His BioArm is now much more advanced, giving him much more movement than 15 years ago. Of course, his jacket provides him enough warmth in the harsh winter of Hoenn. He has worked out a lot, and sports some muscles now. He is tanned now, staying for too long in the sun. He still has a bit of burns from the final fight between him and Hector, and scars from battles between him and Wade.

Personality: Jack hasn't changed that much. He is still the same rude and sarcastic guy. He is still a bit immature, insulting people. He has learnt to trust people more now, and has made a few friends. He is now actually much more kind towards living beings, and values people and Pokemon much more. He helps Pokemon, tends to baby Pokemon, and makes sure that nobody around him are cruel to Pokemon. Jack regrets his past as the Commander of the HR, so he's a lot gentler and kinder towards Pokemon. He has hidden his true intentions from the HR though, because he doesn't want to get on their bad side.

Well, you can say he was partly forced into becoming the Commander. While his failures in Sinnoh's war were noted, so was his experience as a leader. So, he was made the Commander in hopes of helping the brand new Commander. Another reason he is joining the HR is to get information about the previous General's death. Josh Cahill was his close friend, and he wants to get revenge on whoever is responsible for his death. He misses all his friends he made during the first War, and hopes to find them all one day. The one he misses most is Wade, and to this day he is searching for him.

History: Jack was the previous head of the HR, during the first War. After the blast, he managed to escape Sinnoh on a Helicopter, and escape to Hoenn, where he lived in Dewford, until the divisions were made. In Dewford, he used to hang out with Brawly's son, surfing with him, enjoying the beach. Jack then shifted to Lavaridge. He had started to regret his actions, making him depressed often. He blames himself for the destruction of the region, and the killing of humans and Pokemon. When he arrived in Hoenn, he resigned from the HR, and now relaxes in the Hot Springs of Lavaridge. While he loves Pokemon, he has still joined the HR as the Commander. He feels that he'll be able to control the attacks, and somehow try to stop the war.

He now maintains a PokeMart in Lavaridge, even though he got money from the HR monthly. He made a few trips to other regions like Kanto and Johto in between, for some work purposes. He couldn't meet his brother, Christopher Spark though, due to him having been away on some kind of work. Jack met some of the new Gym Leaders there, and spent a few days in Mt. Silver.

He was a good friend of the old HR General, Josh Cahill. He used to hang out with him, often going out for lunch together. When he had found out that he had been killed he swore to take revenge.

Jack also used to sneak in into Dewford from time to time. He used to surf there, and explore the cave nearby. He used to rain by punching a few rocks with his BioArm, just to keep in shape. Although, one day he had found a lone Pokemon deep inside the cave. Jack decided to take it into his care, and to this day, he keeps the egg safe with him. The egg seems to be close to hatching, and Jack waits for that anxiously.

Others: His BioArm now has NO weapons. No guns, or claws. He'll have to upgrade it later.

League of Legendaries SU

Name: Kyle (Last name not revealed)

Gender: Male

Species: Ho Oh

Side: Good (Kinda on the neutral side.)

Class: Spy

Appearance: POKEMON – Simply put, He has taken Ace's appearance. (from War 1) Sky has a bit of damaged wings. He wears a red bandana around his neck, and has a big scar on his face. Otherwise, he looks pretty much like a normal Pidgeot.
HUMAN – On the Human side, it's Christopher Spark's appearance. Jack and Chris look a lot like each other. They almost look like twins, except that Chris is much taller than Jack, and quite healthier too. He has jet black hair, and has light brown eyes. Chris usually keeps his hair unkempt, and like Jack mostly wears black clothes.
LEGENDARY- I'll use my previous account's Avatar here. :P

Personality: Kyle in himself, is quite a moody Pokemon. He can be fun, he can be serious, he can be rude. It all depends on how he is feeling. He has a strong sense of responsibility; he knows he has to stop the War, at all costs. He has a very big goal as well, that is currently not going to be revealed. To fulfill that goal, he'll do anything.

The weird thing about him is that as soon as he transforms into a human or a Pokemon, he seems to take on their Personality. This is something that is very weird, considering he doesn't even know the person he is transforming into.

His first transformation is into Ace, in which he is somewhat rude, and caring about other Pokemon. His first responsibility is to save other Pokemon, and put their life before his. As Ace, he has an important goal to fulfill, Ace's final wish before he died.

His Second Transformation is into Chris, in which he has to take care of his younger brother, Jack and for some reason, Chris doesn't seem to have aged at all. This is because Kyle had first met Chris when he was 25 years old.

History: Kyle spent most of his life in Ecruteak City in Johto. He used to frequently meet up with Lugia and the 3 beasts of Johto. He loved to soar around the sky, spreading rainbows. When he started to grow up though, he started to grasp his responsibilities, and settled down to take care of Johto.
Kyle was always one to stop the war. He didn't like that kind of violence, and to see his kind being murdered hurt him a lot. He suggested that a League should be formed, to take control of the situation. He did try to stop the first war, but by the time he got to Sunnyshore, the bomb had been activated, and he had to escape. He has come to Hoenn now, and he is going to do everything to stop the war.

One day, many years ago, a human had spotted him, a human called Chris. He had been researching about Legendary Pokemon, and had been expecting Kyle. Kyle and his friend Lugia had managed to convince Chris to not reveal anything about him, and Chris had agreed to do so, in return for a wish. He forced Kyle into promising to protect his younger brother Jack, no matter what. Kyle now looks forward to helping Jack in the future, in the form of Chris.

The rest of Kyle's history will be revealed in the RP.

Well... I guess I might join then. AS A HUMAN! a character i used for a digimon rp which died, sadly. I'll slowly update this and just tell you when it's done. <:

Human:

Name: Aki Kato (sometimes called Katta, Koneko or Neko)
Gender: Male
Rank: Private
Class: Long Range Weapon Specialist
Age: 19 and a half
Starting Weapon: Sniper Rifle

Appearance: There's nothing that much different from Aki that sets him apart from his fellow Japanese teen. His rarely brushed hair is a messy mop of black, windblown to the right and his bangs just touching over his dark eyes. He's kind of thin (about 70kg) and kind of tall (about 180cm) and kind of pale. He's never really been the athletic kind of guy, rather staying at home than running around. There's nothing really unique about his face except for his silver piercings, with two on his left ear, four on his right, one on his right eyebrow and one on the right side of his lip. His fingernails and the skin around them are short and jaggered since he has a habit of chewing on them. He usually bites his thumb when he's not doing anything that takes up a lot of his attention.

There's not much to Aki's attire at all. During the weekends, he just wears t-shirts or maybe the odd polo shirt with perhaps a silver necklace or leather cuff with a pair of converse, plus a pair of either black, blue or gray jeans (or shorts, depending on the weather). If it's cold (which is usually often; Aki hates the cold), he adds a hoodie or a jumper. When he worked, before he joined the Republic forces, he would just wear a business shirt and tie combo. Usually on him, he has his phone in his pocket and his black and white wallet, attached by silver chain to his pants and shoved into his back pocket.

Personality: Aki has been called quiet, shy and on the odd occasion, anti-social. Really, he's neither; he's just uninterested. Aki gets bored and quite easily too. Sure, he has an assortment of friends from different age groups, different places and different genders, but he's never been the one to start a conversation with a stranger or go out and make a new friend. He only has the friends he does due to people approaching him, family friends, friends of friends, old school friends and work friends. He often walks in and skulks out of conversations without much of an entrance or exit, earning his nickname Koneko, Neko (meaning kitten or cat respectively) or Katta.

At home, Aki is usually curled up somewhere, playing around with his phone, with his laptop, reading a book (rarely), watching tv or just sitting. He sits with his legs bent, his knees, with his arms sometimes propped up on top of them, near his face, his back slouched, shoulders hunched and a bored look on his face. He's quite prone to the cold, despising the winter, but some of his friends say he's making a fortress around himself. He would defend himself but this is somewhat true; he doesn't like to be disturbed when he's busy doing something. Finding something interesting to do is something Aki does often and often finds it on his computer; on a forum, playing a game, talking to someone or just surfing the net. But even then, its hard to keep him entertained for long. When nothing at home interests him, he goes out and finds something outside, usually a friend to chat with. But everyone has to go home at the end of the day.

He's never quite been associated with Pokémon either. He was born just before the war and even then, his parents were not Pokémon people. True, his older brother Yuki did go out and try a journey but came back home after his Pokémon abandoned him. Aki joined the Republic forces out of interest only; he's never had any quarrels with Pokémon or their beliefs. His brother is also in the forces and is a much higher class than him, but does his line of duty in a separate division.

Fun fact: Aki is also a fair piano player but prefers bass guitar, often playing with his brother, who specialises on guitar.

History: Aki was born and raised in Saffron City in Kanto, moving to Mauville City in Hoenn when he was seven years old with his parents and older (by 4 years) brother after the war was over in Sinnoh. From there, he went to school, made friends, lived his life. Although he was the younger, "cuter" one, his brother always seemed to be the one in the lime light, showing an early talent for kendo. His early life wasn't particularly eventful, the only thing he could really recall was flying to Kanto for a funeral after his grandfather died when he was nine.

Just before Aki turned 13, he hit a down. He got bored. He spent large amounts of his time clicking on a computer, listening to music or lying on his bed playing video games. He would decline all offers to socialise and the only thing he did other than go to school, sleep and eat was breathe. It was then he got his piercings. Without his parents permission. He had them done one by one, both of the parents furious as he got home from school with a new hole in his face. This was his attempt to make himself seem less boring so that he could seem more interesting to himself. He got more and more done as soon as he was bored with the last one and as he got to his eight, his parents finally decided to intervene; they enrolled him into an archery class. At first, the idea seemed strange to Aki but the thought of precision, technique and concentration seemed... interesting. He became quite skilled over time and subdued Aki's spontaneous urges for change.

High school came and went, leaving Aki not at the top of his class nor at the bottom; he was the average student. He specialised in art and music though didn't do enough for the class to get himself recognised; he was too uninterested with the school's criteria. So, he graduated and got a job like every other person (though that part took a little time; he bummed around for a year before his parents finally kicked him into gear). Though, his job wasn't one he saw himself doing; a boring desk job. He didn't work for long though as the call for recruits went out and Aki joined. Only because it interested him and his archery could be put to good use.

He's not liking the Hoenn winter though. All this cold makes him crabby.

Here's what i have for now will definantly finish this later

Name: Xahria

Species: Manaphy

Gender: Female

Side: Evil

Class: (for the Human side, Engineer/Weapon Specialist/Soldier/Spy/): Spy (mainly assassin)

Appearance:

Legendary: In her legendary form Xahria looks like most normal Manaphy do except she is a darker shade of blue and her eyes have a dark look to them as well as the gem on her chest being a darker shade of red

Pokemon: In her Pokemon form she takes the form of a shiny Kirlia the evil look to her eyes still kinda there but she doesn't care about that at all. She wears a small black bandanna she found similar to the one she wears in her human form to cover up the dark red gem on her neck

Human form: In her human form Xahria takes the form of a small petite girl with dark auburn colored hair. She dresses in a black tank top and pants with a black bandanna holding her hair back. Her eyes are the same color she is in her true form.

Personality: Xahria has two different personalities. She's not bipolar or anything she just chooses to act differently. In her true form Xahria can be very cunning and evil around the other two legendary's on her side. But around Archeus she plays the part of the good legendary while inside her head thinking of ways to make everything go wrong.

In her other two forms thought Xahria never listens and she

History: Xahria was born to two Manaphies of whom she does not know their names. All she knows about them is that they where innocent civilians that were slaughtered in the first war. As an Egg she was taken in by an old friend of her parents, a Noctowl named Grant who took care of her egg, keeping it safe until it finally hatched on the day the war ended. Grant named her Xahria the name her parents had been planning on giving her and vowed to take care of her until he took his last breath. He raised her like his own child telling her stories of her parents and of the brave Pokemon that had fought in the war. These stories intrigued not only her but the other children in the village and they would often play games in which they made the stories come to life.

This went on for many years until Xahria turned ten. The village they lived in was on the edge of the Pokemon territory right near the humans. It was a dark night and Xahria and her friends where playing in the forest running around playing war when unknowingly they ran into human territory. Xahria had run out into a road and had froze seeing two lights coming towards her. Before it hit her she was shoved out of the way and watched the one person that cared for her die saving her life. After Grants funeral Xahria vowed to get revenge and went to Arceus and asked to join the LoL acting sincere and kind she was accepted. After this she joined Mewtwo in the small group of evil pokemon in the LoL sharing her story with them. She was going to get her revenge on the human's no matter what.
