SET-UP: An announcement has gone out across the city - all contestants of the Grand Festival should report to the Contest Hall. On arriving, talk to the receptionist and get in line - when they're ready the judges will call your name and you'll be asked to enter the stage.
REMEMBER: The key to a successful appeal is using your moves in a unique and elegant way, even attempting to combine them.
ARENA: The stage is similar to a battlefield, with markings on the ground - to the side of this area are three desks, where the judges sit. The judges in attendance are Slateport City's Nurse Joy, Fantina of Sinnoh and Robert - a previous winner. Judges often whisper to each other, but other than calling/dismissing your character will not talk - casually or praise. This ensures you aren't scoring yourself!
RULES: During the appeal display, select one of the pokemon listed in your sign up. This information must match or you will not be awarded points. For making an appeal post, and displaying your pokemon, you will receive 10 points. I will then award you 1-10 marks depending on originality, imagination and the clarity of your post. Results (scorings/comments) will be posted shortly after the appeals section finishes on Friday 15th August.
Please note, aside from the appeals you can continue with exploring, battling casually, etc.
