2nd Gen Your shiny pokemon

How many shiny pokemon you have?

I have some shiny in my "Crystal"

-shiny Cyndaquil
-shiny Ditto
-shiny Bellosom (from friend)
-shiny Pichu--Pikachu--Raichu
-shiny Igglypuff--Jigglipuff
-shiny Spinarak--Ariados
and of course, shiny Gyarados.

I would love to have shiny Eevee or shiny Vulpix too.

Ok, I got loads and loads of shinies, over 50. Mostly evolved.

Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Butterfree, Beedrill, Pidgeot, Raticate, Fearow, Raichu, Arbok, Sandslash, Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Celfable, Clefairy and so on... all non oober pokemons.

I also have loads of shinys i didn't use a gameshark, i only trade them or Caught them

- Shiny poliwag, Poliwhirl, poliwrath, politoed
- shiny spinarak, ariados
- shiny alakazam
- shiny mewtwo
- shiny scizor
- shiny entei (trade)
- shiny butterfree
- shiny raticate

Ampharos (from Mareep)

Can't remember anymore. I know I have more but this is all that comes to my mind right now...

Did u find it on route ... with Bug catcher arnie or did u use gameshark cheats???

-Shiny Pidgey
-Red Gyarados
-Shiny Lugia (saved before lugia and after 32 times it was shiny!)

In gold I have:
-Shiny Zubat
-Shiny Tentacool
-Shiny Pikachu

Let's just say.. I have a lot of shineys. oo;

The only shiney in my party is Sephiroth (Mewtwo,) though.

I only have a shiney slowpoke. I killed Red Gyados by accident.

i don't have any shiny pokemon except the red gyarados... i did see a shiny spinarak before, but i saw it before i even got a Pokeball (oh well... i dont' like spinarak anyway... not a big lost)

I've only managed to have only the red gyrados myself. I was sort of wondering how the shiny pokemon worked. Is it just truely random in areas or do tiles exist(like tiles on on water route 119 for feebas in pokemon ruby) that give you a better chance to catch them? My friend managed to catch a shiny beedrill somehow.

shiny pokemon- approx. 1/8000 chance to meet up with one. It's not related to tiles at all.

That's on Ruby and Sapphire. I believe it's even worse on GSC...

Due to the fact you need specific IV combinations to achive alternate color, it's almost got to be higher.

man i can't even find 1 shiny pokemon in my game
long time ago i remember it was a shiny pokemon
and i found a wild larvitar lv 15
i accidently killed it and it was a blue colored i didn't know because that was my first encounter with a larvitar *sighs*

Red Gyarados

Crystal Game 1:
Pichu-Pikachu-Raichu
Rhydon

Crystal Game 2:
Golbat-Crobat

I had a chance to catch the Red Gyradoes, but I killed it... x_x; I meant, it fainted. XD;
Other then that, I've never saw another Shiny Pokemon...

Got it fron an egg. Breeded a female Sodowoodo with a shining Ditto :D .

Yeah! And Ofcourse I have the shiny gyarados too.

so if you breed a female Pokemon with a shiny ditto will it always be shiny? and iv attempted to do the shiny ditto trick once with Red Gyrados, but i screwed the order up! ^_^; :P
