Well, maybe if you learned how to read, he says you play as Emerald. That sprite is Emerald. I think its a good sprite and good luck on this Hack.

@ T: I understand what you mean, but look at the pokemon comic's Emerald is a character there, and his hair is supposed to be like that.

Time is going by fast I'm working on the main sprites right now.
Emerald backsprite, and the rest of the overworld.
I'm making an giovanni and mewtwo overworld also.

I have some ideas and I hope some of you like it, it's very simple still I think it would be fun to add.
Areas of all elements, Fire/water/grass/electric.
These areas contain fakemon, all the fakemon to be found they match the element area.
Fire only contains fire fakemon, water only water type etc.
Every area also has there leader, legend or not you may tell, these leader's are the guardians of the area.
Hard to solv the puzzle but after you solved it you have a great opportunity in catching a strong Fakemon.
I know many people think fakemon ruin the game but I think good fakemon can make a nice game.
So I only input many good sprites. And the areas don't need to be visited so if you dont like fakemon dont go there.
I must delete some of the original pokemon to add the fakemon, so I think I will have a hard time into thinking what pokemon will be replaced.
I'm showing you one of the element fakemon to be found during 1 of those areas.
It's not done so it will be changed, so I wont spoil the looks of the fakemon.
This one belongs to the element area grass.

Okay everyone I've been away for some time now.
First ignore the post above me, it will happen but at the end of the game.
Still to early to discuss that and lack of inspiration to think of a way to make that.

Now I said I would have my computer at the 29th of november.
Well Let's all hope i get my computer this friday.
If I get it this friday, I will start making my team.
Not a big team, but just a team for the help I might need.

Yea Well I'm making mostly sprites for the game.
And I wanna work on my mapping skills and scripting.
But I can begin learning those things, when I get the computer.
18th of december is the date that I get it.
So I will keep working on the sprites for now.

I kinda need another spriter, If you think you have enough experience in spriting Pm me with this.

I remade my Totodile Overworlds, really time killing, took me about an hour to make a good front ow sprite -,-

I like that your using the Manga Emerald. You should then include him meeting up with Crys( Crystal) from Johto where she loans him different pokemon from her region. But i really like the Sprite great job!

Oh i just thought of another thing. If this is an emerald remake are u having Ruby n Sapphire in there Emerald outfits or the originals? just a thought u might want to think about.

I give Ruby and Saphire there original Outfit, because it suits them better.
I also will use most of the character of the manga, like red green blue etc.
So alot of character make there appearance!
