So These are The Main pokes that i would have in my team
and i was wondering what you guys think?
I havent fully decided on all the pokes moves so help here would be nice
for my Smeargle i was thinking about adding Dragon Rage
as this does 40Health Damage no matter who strong, or in this case weak the Attack and Sp. Attack stats are

    (Quirky) Gastly/Gengar- Hypnosis, Dream eater, ______, ______
(Impish) Smeargle - Spore, Nightmare, Toxic, ______
(Quiet) Absol - Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, _____, _____
    (Careful) Leafeon - SolarBeam, Toxic, _____, ______
(Adamant) Vaperon - Dive, Hyper Beam, Rain Dance, Brine
(Sassy) Arcainine - Morning Sun, Sunny Day, Overheat, ______

(Naive) Jolteon - Magnet Rise, Giga Impact, Rain Dance, Thunder
(Jolly) Scyther / Scizor - X-Scissor, Night Shade, SolorBeam, _____
    (Modest) Umbreon - Dark Pulse, _____, _____, _____
(Hasty) Spiritomb - Physic, Dark Pulse, _____, ______
(Bashful) Ninetails - Flare Blitz, heatwave, _____, _____

I also have : Militank, Spheal, Snubbull, Tenticool, Grimer, Zangoose, Ekans, Koffing, Steelix and Lickitung
That i could train if they would fit well into the team

As for Items they will most likely be leftovers, unless someone else has better suggestion
The only Pokemon that i have begun training is the Smeargle - how do i tell if i have maxed out a EV in a stat?
as i am new to EV training i have started Speed Training my Smeargle the rest will go on Defense and Sp. Defense
but what would the best Training for The Above Pokes?

    1. Dragon Rage is a horrible move. 40hp might aswell be 2% damage in competitive pokemon.
    2. Hypnosis + Dream Eater is also terrible, since they can just switch thanks to the Sleep Clause.
    3. Your natures are horrible.
    4. Look at the base stats when selecting move. Solarbeam on Scyther ? Seriously ?

I suggest you familiarise yourself with competitive pokemon.

    and good sets

    And our stickies.

http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?p=5320384 (Read everything up to the stall guide)

    — Teams must include six Pokémon, each including its with item, EV spread, nature, and four moves. Please use something resembling the following format when listing each Pokémon:

    Pokémon @ Item
    Trait (If required)
    EVs
    Nature
    - Move 1
    - Move 2
    - Move 3

Anyways, locking because of this. If you want to make this more competitive and make it adhere to the above rule and after getting more familiar with things competitive wise, feel free to pm a mod to unlock this or just make it again.
