    So like the title say I have a two occasions NPCs spawn at random locations or at other events. In case of the first I have the lady in screenshot 1 spawn in the spot of the cut tree if I come in from Celadon. After walking into the left building and out again, the cut tree is there again and walking one tile into Celadon spawns the lady on top of the cut tree again as in screenshot 3. I changed the snorlax Script, trainer positions and wildpokemon in Am 1.95, maybe thats the issue? There are no double person events or look down movement types used so it's not that. The Snorlax script and the battle against the lady work fine as well. If I remove the lady event, Snorlax spawns in the cut_tree location and if I remove everything except the Snorlax the game places a bugged NPC onto the tree spot, which acts like a trainer but starts the casino minigame. Leaving and reentering crashes the game.
    The second case is with these two girls where one of them spawns at the top part as shown in screenshot 4 for some reason. Going a few tiles into the map moves her to the correct space. Here removing both of them actually fixes the problem but only removing the bugged girl and making a new event causes the other girl to spawn in that top location instead. Scripts work here fine as well. Changes were basically the same as the other case except I added some events and the map is bigger than Vanilla. Number of P-events is 18 on a 30x60 map. The other case has 9 events
    I should mention the NPCs are not placed in these spots, if that isn't clear.
    So it seems like my file is corrupted I assume. I would like to ask if there is any to way to fix this or is it a lost cause?

    @Zarro

    1: Map event data is partly saved in your savedata. So after making changes, always re-enter the map after loading a savefile that was saved in the old situation.

    2: Check the level scripts of the map itself and surrounding maps to check whether there are commands that affect the placement/movement of person events.

    3: To make NPC's appear correctly close to map connections, some person events were already loaded visually in the NPC event data in connected maps in vanilla Fire Red. So make sure to check the person event data in surrounding maps as well.
