Seriously! People now need patch for reuseable TMs too? Is a Hex editor so expensive?

Im fixin it with new stuff, like fixing codes and removing the x1 next to it.

Thanks for the hack but how do I put it in my emulator is it a code breaker game shark or Action replay

It's an IPS, you add it like a game hack via patching.

I tried this on my Fire Red ROM and it didn't worked.

well this is a pretty old post, there's plenty of other tools or ways to add this feature, try modexe.

Hey, I've been playing around with a hex editor and am getting into trying to work on my own ROM hack. If I somewhat understand how to use a hex editor, how would I make these changes myself in Pokemon Emerald? Thanks in advance!
