    When in Pokémon Shop attempting to exchange gold pieces for premium item the disc just spins, never revealing the check mark signifying that the exchange was completed and I don't receive the item I attempted to exchange for. Attempted exchange on two iPads and an iPhone with no joy. Left the disc spinning for 12 hours still no purchase completed. Pokémon support was zero help. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!
