I noticed many people have been asking the same thing again and again...

"How do you become a Moderator?"
"My post counts keep on not counting..."
"I can't post a link or video..."

Etcetera, etcetera. So here's a suggestion: Why not create a stickied thread containing all the FAQ? It could be entitled, "Frequently Asked Questions (Read First Before Posting Anything!)" or something like that.

Even veterans tend to ignore it. What we have is fine. We can't force them to look at it really. Not our fault they're eager beavers and wanna get to posting.

Which is sad is that many people would still ignore the FAQ even if it were stickied with shiny colours in every single section of PC. So I don't think it would actually help. (Not that we have had good experiences with similar threads here...)

I don't really mind if someone asks a question that's posted in the FAQ. I don't think the answers in the FAQ for most of those questions are very detailed, and we'd probably end up giving them a better answer anyway.

If they ignore something at the top of the page like that it would led me to believe they would also ignore something tucked within a forum. They also ignore the fact that this area isn't a section to be asking ROM Hacking questions but they still do none the less. Regardless where it is at people will ignore it.
