[Tool] Hack changed my changed

    Has anyone else had this problem, I saved a hack, booted it up to test, pokemon were different than when I saved, and opened the hack tool again, it was different there now also. Is there a hack tool that doesn't glitch the game when you open it?

    Anyway, provide more information please. We aren't psychics who can instantly tell what you did and what caused your problem. What were the tools you used, what exactly did you do, and etc.
