    • it looks like something out of an old video game.... and old video games are the best in juat about everything except graphics! its meant to be pixellated!

    Nothing too appealing.. but you get an extra point solely because it's a Psychic type.

    Btw, it's Negi from an anime called Negima.
    But I edited him myself and changed his hair to blonde, his eyes to blue, and gave him a paler complexion.
