Just curious if there is any reason to pick a specific version If i already have Pokemon moon.

If you have Moon, it would be good idea to get Ultra Sun, since there are exclusive Pokémon you can't get in Moon.

Ultra Moon looks good, with the availability of Hawlucha. To be honest, I REALLY regret getting Moon in 2016 for the 'sequel' (which I would've got) to come out a year later, but I've got many shinies out of the game so can't complain.
