How much storage does each Pokemon use in the game files?

Nah

As far as know, the filesize (datasize? what's the correct term here?) for a individual Pokemon is on the order of bytes. How many bytes appears to have changed over the years, but apparently in Gen 6 it was 200-something bytes. 1000 bytes=1 kilobyte, 1000 kilobytes=1 megabyte, and 1000 megabytes=1 gigabyte.

There's roughly 900 Pokemon now, so that means that if you were to have 1 of each Pokemon, and assuming that the number of bytes hasn't changed since Gen 6, that would mean that's about 225,000 bytes (900x250), which is 225 KB/.225 MB/.000225GB, provided my math is right. If we be generous and say that it's now 500 bytes per Pokemon and you have 3000 of them (enough to fill up Pokemon Bank), that equals out to 1.5 megabytes only.

Switch cartridges can hold up 32 GB worth of data, and Sword & Shield are around 10 GB, leaving roughly 22 GB leftover. Switch internal memory storage is about 32 GB as well.

so tl;dr: Pokemon filesizes are far too small for it to be a likely cause of Dexit, provided my info is correct
