Stop Starter from being deposited/removed?

I'm sure I'm missing something, but I've been looking all over for possible readymade scripts, I'm using Pokemon Essentials GS(v1.1).

The starter Pokemon (Rotom and any formes) has to be in the party at all times for lots of the events I have made up to make sense.
Are there any scripts that forbade certain pokemon(Namely just the one and it's formes) from being taken out of the party?

Also, if anybody has experience with doing this, is this something that will cause issues for anything down the path for any reason?

I don't actually have a copy of Essentials GS to test if this edit works on it. But the concept behind it is the same, even if the code is slightly different on your side and version.
