  • For Slowking, Psych Up is too unreliable and gimmicky. So is Starf Berry. You're better off with:
    -Nasty Plot
    -Surf
    -Fire Blast/Psyshock
    -Hidden Power (Grass)/Grass Knot
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 204 HP/252 SAtk/44 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Regenerator

Lucario has little use of Bulk Up's Defense boost, due to its poor defenses, so use Swords Dance instead. Use Crunch or Ice Punch over Earthquake because EQ is redundant with Close Combat in terms of coverage. (use Expert Belt rather than Shell Bell)

Ariados is seriously outclassed by other Bug Pokemon due to its shallow movepool and while it does admittedly have a decent special movepool, it lacks the Special Attack to use it. Use Scolipede or Volcarona:

    Scolipede:
    -Swords Dance
    -Megahorn
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Swarm

    Volcarona:
    -Quiver Dance
    -Bug Buzz
    -Fire Blast/Fiery Dance
    -Hidden Power (Rock/Ground)/Substitute
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

Cradily is absolute Taunt bait. This set could work better, but it still supports the team:
    -Toxic
    -Stealth Rock/Earthquake
    -Recover
    -Rock Slide/Energy Ball
    Nature: Impish/Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Storm Drain

The lack of STAB hurts on Claydol:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Rapid Spin
    -Earth Power/Earthquake
    -Ice Beam/Toxic
    Nature: Bold/Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

(I can see you don't like common sets much, but sometimes, they're the only way to be effective)
