Yeah, the title pretty much explains everything.

That is the trainer that the male player corresponds to.
Have you deleted the very first trainer type by any chance?

Actually I did not. I was trying to delete all the pokemon in the PBS files. Because I wanted to make my own. But It never works out and I always get an error. :(

Just use a regional dex instead of deleting pokémon data.

Sorry for being dumb, but how do I do that?

Keep in mind that there's no need for manually erasing each of the old regional numbers.
