Yes. you can find the events used to access them within the example map "Lerucean Town" (Day Care Man) and "Pokémon Day Care" (Day Care Woman)

unfortunately, the answer is "No"
The closest 3rd party thing that existed akin to the day care (minus the breeding mechanic) has since been lost to time. The forum on this site still exists here but the host site is gone and the wayback machine can't get a valid download of the old mod

Depends what you want out of breeding mechanics and/or day care.
The default one works fine as it is, and there's not many alternatives because the default works fine.

maybe scripts is corrupted copy original scripts from Pokemon essentials(the PE you download zip or whatever format) and Paste in the game you developing.
