    Okay, just before introducing my project, I would like to say a few words about myself, I'm Bentoxx, I have 26 years, from France, and I'm really sorry for my english, If anybody want help me for have a better presentation, he is WELCOME !

    Pokémon Arkhe has been started since 2016 in july, I'm alone for developping this Fangame, I use a French starter kitt (PSDK).

    The story

    The game takes place before pokemon blue and red and the manga

    This Fangame taking you in the region of VAROS located East of the continent of KANTO. It have fifteen city, several biomes and many secondary quests to uncover the secrets that abounds this region.
    Cradle of the origins of Pokémon you will be immersed in a region full of mystery and riddle which try to clarify most of the researchers and the professors of the world. However they are not the only ones, hostile groups take advantage of numerous scientists present to lead their experiences.

    You are a teenager of 20years old (Yeah, not a BOY of 13 years), native from Jotho, your father ask you to come at Varos region to help the Professor Kapa.
    He is the Professor Pokemon of Varos and friend of your father, he can help you understand better the Pokémon and their history.
    Others peoples from others regions will come to join the adventure. You will quickly discover that you are not the only person to help Professor KAPA in his researchs ....

    What change ?

    - End of HM, only Pokemon capacity or tools
    - VS Seek updated
    - Gym's battle, will be not an obligation for progress in the story ! OK
    - Secondary Quest system OK
    - All building are news
    - News Interface
    - Arround 400 Pokémon and somes Fakemon (starters, the legendary and more ...)
    - Seriouse story and difficulty is more high OK



    Fakemon (Big priority) :

    Starters Grass and Fire --> Overworld / Back / Sprite (If you want just make artwork no problem)
    Fossil : You are free, as you want, like official game 2 Fakemon with evolution or more --> Overworld / Back / Sprite OR Artwork
    The Legendary : I have my idea, if you are motivated come in PV !! --> Overworld / Back / Sprite OR Artwork

    Tiles (optionnal) :

    Building, ground, water, any one of landscape BUT in 3G style only
    Interior tiles -> 3G style <-

    Remove the CS system and make a custom :arrow_right: All ideas about the system is written, I just need help for applied on the SK in Ruby language
    Upgrade the "VS Seek"

        Today I want post a news about the project, I have redo the desert, because the town was monochrome, and I wish better graphique level :


        What has been done recently:

        - Desert and city mapping (Sheva)
        - Functioning of arenas that do not take part in history
        - All starters are designed in concept art (coloured draft)

        Here are the next advances:

        - Make sprites of rivals (Lucas and Elena)
        - Finish the sprites of the starters
        - Start interface design


        for those who will be interested I always recruit graphic designers notably for :

        - Make the Artwork of the 3 Starters to add them to the presentation
        - Pixel artists to mainly make sprites of Fakemon and trainers (I also make some but several we go faster)

          the game looks great man, would love to try it. As for the fakemon, are they only the starters>??
          edit: sorry lol saw the post again. But will fakemon be restricted to those sectors only ? like legendary, starters and fossil? nice to have only 1 of each fakemon available

            The game looks really good, I like the fact that you used Gen 3 styled sprites and tiles like Reborn and Rejuvenation and not the overused Generation 4 style.

              @Megaman : The starters are a priority for have good release this year, but yes the legendary and pokemon fossil will be Fakemon too, and maybe more ;)

              @RenEnlite : Thanks (^_^), Yes I'm inspired of Pokemon reborn, rejuvenation and Gaia, but the most tiles are made by me =)

                Those maps/sprites look absolutely stunning. Great work so far---very interested to see what's next!
                Do you wish someone already made Kanto with everything in it, so that you can use it in your own copy of Essentials however you want?
