Issue: I cannot see the Fairy-type at all in Pokemon Sun Gold

I just recently started playing the rom Pokemon Sun Gold for the NDS. Supposedly, the Milotic there has Fairy-type as its secondary typing (as shown in the screenshots), but as of now, I can only see ??? instead. Is this a bug, or would it reveal itself as the story progresses? Or am I playing an outdated version of the game..?
