small question, how do you make the screen bigger?

this happened 4 times and i haven't even gotten the first badge yet. I wanted to play this game but not if it's randomly going to crash like this trying to talk to NPCs or heal my team.
Also how do i get the lootboxes you mentioned? and the pokemon sometimes doesn't show the sprite following you even though it is.

also whenever i talk to an npc or interact wit anything, it says what my pokemon is doing or feeling and i get the error randomly as I always have been

when you say yes to guy at nugget bridge , and it's because of the sprites.

I wanted to apologize for my earlier post if I made it sound like the download problem was your fault, which its not. My internet has issues. Luckly the game redownloaded, and extracted just fine this time. The game seems awesome so far. My starter is Zapdos.
