[Sword & Shield] How can a level 1 Oddish have this moveset? Is it legitimately possible?

I recieved this Oddish from a friend, we often exchange spare babies with egg moves so I didn't think much. However, I tried to breed it and get a male with Sleep Powder for egg move breeding and realized that Giga Drain and Sleep Powder aren't egg moves for Oddish? Is there any way this could have happened?

Occurs when breeding two of the same species together. Must be a level-up move that both have when breeding. (Worked like that in earlier generations, anyways.)
