Where To Put Comics?

Hullo, person who stumbled across my question.

I'm very, very new to this site, but I'm interested in making a Nuzlocke comic. I checked over the Art Studio rules, and it doesn't really say anything about comics. So, I went over to Fan Fiction and Writing, but didn't see anything about comics either. So, I have two questions:

Are comic series allowed on Pokecommunity?

If so, which forum should I publish them in?

Art Studio seems like the best place for it; it's still art.
