Still looking for that chansey with seismic toss
I have a shiny bagon, shiny geodude or shiny banette

How can Chansey learn Seismic Toss? HGSS Egg move? Or DPPt Egg move?
Cause Serebii doesn`t say anything that Chansey can learn Seismic Toss.
But I saw a Blissey on Wi-Fi who can use a Seismic Toss.
Please help...I`m confused :\

One of the move tutors in Fire Red/Leaf Green, and i think emerald, can teach seismic toss to chansey, but I don't have any of those games.
