No, not everything in Pixel Art has to be pixel related, not does every piece of work have to be a certain size. Pixel Art can be any size as long as it seems Pixelised. As for these, they seem nice. But they do just look like MS Paint drawings. So I'll just move this along to the Art Gallery.
