Is This card actually super rare?

    Hi guys sorry if i am doing this wrong im new here.
    Im thinking of getting back into pokemon so was using ebay to buy some cards and i stumbled upon a auction that says
    the card is super rare because it is a miss cut.
    Its currently quite cheap so wanted to know if its worth grabbing.

    Here is the auction - add this to end of ebay url and it will show up /itm/184123813579

    Miscuts are uncommon, but generally not wildly valuable as they have a very niche market of collectors. Many just aren't interested in miscuts.
