As for two of your moves which I feel like commenting on... xD
Technically there already is a "fire tackle". I'm sure Flare Blitz covers this as it's the fire type for Volt Tackle.
Rock Break? That'd be too similar to Brick Break and Rock Smash IMO.

the burn healing move is a good idea.
id call it dowse or something and make it water type with 10pp.

We don't need more Steel/Psychic types either, we already have Metagross and Bronzong.

And why have a pre-evo for Pinsir when Scyther has an evolution? Though, Pinsir is pretty strong as a standalone Pokémon anyway. =\

an even stronger psychic attack, like 120 power but with a less good accuracy than psychic.. like other types have their thunder, fire blast, hydro pump.. i would call that attack 'brainwash'

also a water/fire pokemon would be cool

pinsir fight? nah, rather let him be dark.. bug/dark is a nice combo

I feel there's enough official pokemon tbh. There were quite a few badly made ones this game, and I'd rather not face more of them in the 5th gen.

Pinchy- Nice name, I say I'm all for it, Paras is cute as it is, I can't imagine it's baby form!
Spinbear- No... Spinda dosen't need a Pre-evo, it needs an evolution. 0.0
Banstroyer- Huh? That dosen't make any scence about the name. Banette should have another evo, but not 'Banstroyer'. XP
And the games should be called Dawn and Dusk... the third game should be Noon.

Fishlame- Namelame. Honestly... first of all, we already have 'Magikrap' as Ichida said, which is a pain in the *bleep* to train. WHY THE HECK WOULD WE NEED A LONGER TIME TO TRAIN MAGIKRAP?! *ahem* Sorry.

I think in the 5th generation they should let u mix moves to make moves. Like ex. Sky uppercut and Thunder-Thunder Uppercut. A lightning attack which would hit a pokemon who's flying. Perfect attack for Flying or Flying dragons because u could 2x hurt them even when they're flying.
