if i want to scan a pokestop i dont get the pop up scan pokestop , how to solve it ?

When you try to scan, do you click the arrow button in the top right of the stop and then the three dots button? There's an option to scan the stop from there. If you're having another issue, can you take a screenshot?

i quess i did but gonna try it again , will let you know some
