Hey! I bought my VC Crystal copy last week, and currently I'm on the way to Goldenrod City.
Having played this game lots of times as a child, I want to form a team with Pokèmon I never used, or generally not used by most players. I currently have a Bayleef on my team, and a Geodude: I wanted to use this guy as I never had a Golem, aside in USUM, but I found out that there's no wi-fi trades on VC games, nor I know someone near me who has Gen 2 games.
I think that for a change, I'll try to use the baby that comes out from Odd Egg. Any other suggestion?
