    • Pokemon Groomer is a person who raises friendship of a selected Pokemon. There are Daisy Oak in Pallet Town and Haircut Brothers in Goldenrod City. And there isn't such person anywhere in Hoenn, so I would like to add it there. I guess that the grooming process is handled through a Special (seems like it's special 0x197 in FireRed, though I'm not sure), but I don't know if there is any Special for this in Emerald. So, is there any information about this?
