Things You Liked: DPPt Series

So, what are things you liked about the Diamond & Pearl/Platinum era series? Why did you like those things?

I liked that Ash got two fully evolved starters in sinnoh. I liked that he got his first dragon type. Pretty cool that he used older pokemon for the league. Also great that he got a great rival.

Ash-Paul rivalry.
Everything about Dawn's character and her development.
Dawn's Pokemon, especially Piplup.
Chimchar's development.
Villain team arc.
Conway's character.
Certain filler episodes like summer school.
Movies trilogy.
May and Gary's return to the series.
Contests and Gym battles.
GF and Sinnoh League.
