[Sword & Shield] if I start a new game dose the crown tundra level scale or will I have to play the main story before I can catch Pokémon like the nidorans and others?

I have both games and pokébank so sometimes I like to start a new game on one of them to play with new teams if I do start a new game dose the crown tundra level scale or will there be level 60* Pokémon from the get go? I know the Galarian Star Tournament is post game and I'm guessing the legendry's will be post game too

I can't answer first hand, but looking at the datamines, wild Pokemon are listed as starting from level 60, so I assume no level scale. Makes sense as said given all the Legendary Pokemon.

IoA has level scaling at least (not a great one but still).
