    Hi,

    We have a female Drampa and a

    Male Swablu with cloud nine ability

    Will cloud nine be passed onto Drampa if placed into the nursery?

    No. Passes down the female Pokemon's ability. Never factors in the male Pokemon's ability. One exception: male Pokemon + Ditto.
