  • If you want to be competitive, you're going to have to do some re-breeding on your Pokemon. Some of their IVs are terrible too, to be honest. (on a random note: in-game, if any of your Field egg group Pokemon are female, you can breed it with the in-game trade Emolga) You can also use EV-reducing berries obtained from the Egg Spin Trade or the Dream World. And you don't really need to list their IVs and levels either. Listing your Pokemon's Abilities would help too.

Samurott is pretty much outclassed by most Water Pokemon, but has a niche in using Megahorn to hit Grass Pokemon hard:
    -Swords Dance
    -Aqua Jet
    -Waterfall
    -Megahorn
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 112 HP/252 Atk/144 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb

    or
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Grass Knot
    -Taunt
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe or 160 HP/252 SAtk/96 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb

Never use Hyper Beam-style moves competitively. Ever. Because you'll be revenge killed the next turn due to being unable to do anything during the charge turn. Lucario also has a good movepool you can take advantage of. It should also go all-physical or all-special because its offenses aren't high enough to let it go mixed:
    -Swords Dance
    -Close Combat
    -ExtremeSpeed
-Crunch/Ice Punch/Bullet Punch (if you opt to breed and the father doesn't know Crunch, use Shadow Claw instead)
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Nasty Plot
    -Aura Sphere
    -Shadow Ball/Dark Pulse
-Vacuum Wave/Hidden Power (Ice) (if you can't get either move, use Dragon Pulse instead)
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Reuniclus also has a wide offensive movepool (but it prefers to stick to Psychic/Psyshock, Shadow Ball and Focus Blast). It's a better idea to use only 1 of Psychic or Psyshock because the other move would waste a moveslot that would be useful for other things (like Focus Blast because Reuniclus is currently walled by Steels). These sets should be used; the former can break stall, while the latter supports some of your slower Pokemon. Also, an Adamant nature wastes away its incredible Special Attack:
    -Calm Mind
    -Psychic/Psyshock
    -Focus Blast
    -Recover
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Magic Guard

    or
    -Trick Room
    -Psychic/Psyshock
    -Shadow Ball
    -Focus Blast
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 192 HP/64 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Magic Guard

Krookodile shouldn't use Foul Play. Even though it has higher BP than Crunch, it works off of the opponent's Attack, not Krookodile's. A Brave nature also wastes away its decent Speed:
    -Earthquake
    -Crunch
    -Stone Edge
    -Pursuit (egg move)
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Moxie

    or
    -Bulk Up
    -Earthquake
    -Crunch
    -Stone Edge/Taunt
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 156 HP/252 Atk/100 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

In standard play, Rhyperior is terrible because of its common weaknesses, even though Solid Rock compensates somewhat. OHKO moves are frowned upon because they're too inaccurate. If you want another Rock Pokemon to use, Terrakion can fill in that spot because of its combination of speed and power:
    -Swords Dance
    -Rock Polish/Substitute
    -Close Combat
    -Stone Edge
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon/Rock Gem

    or
    -Close Combat
    -Stone Edge
    -X-Scissor
    -Quick Attack/Sacred Sword/Rock Slide
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf

Hydreigon's movepool is massive. It has plenty of moves to choose from. Don't use Dragon Rush because it's too inaccurate. It has to use Outrage for a good physical Dragon STAB. The EV spread to be used should be 104 Attack/252 SAtk/164 Spe with a Naive or Hasty nature. When B2/W2 come, this should be the mixed Hydreigon set to use:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Superpower
    -Roost/Earth Power/Dark Pulse
    Nature: Rash/Mild
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers

For your backup Fraxure, just evolve it into Haxorus. Haxorus fares better than Fraxure in standard play, even though Fraxure can be used in the lower tiers (the following sets for Haxorus only, some B2/W2 changes may be added):
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake/Aqua Tail
-Superpower/Brick Break (latter for B/W only)
    -Dragon Claw/Dual Chop
    Nature: Adamant (Choice Band only)/Jolly
    EVs: 36 HP/252 Atk/220 Spe (Choice Band) or 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe (Choice Scarf)
    Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake/Superpower
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 36 HP/252 Atk/220 Spe
    Item: Draco Plate/Lum Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Dragon Dance/Swords Dance
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake/Superpower
    -Aqua Tail/Dual Chop/Dragon Claw/Taunt
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 36 HP/252 Atk/220 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker
