What do you think of the concept of a Quest system being added to Pokémon GO?

It seems like this'll be a fairly farm-heavy system with a lot of grinding involved but could lead to some interesting rewards, especially the "Pokémon Encounter" reward which is currently being hyped up as a potential method of distributing Mythical Pokémon within the game (Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, etc). There are also a lot of hints that this system may be heavily tied to trainer levels and medals that you've earned previously which could cause some issues but will definitely give us all something extra to work towards.
What do you guys think of this upcoming system and what rewards are you hoping to get from it?
