    Profile Picture: Considered as a second avatar to many. You can put a profile picture by selecting avatar in your Control Panel.

    How to find a profile picture: Click the profile of the user and on the top right box, you will see a small picture.

    Just rate the profile picture of the person above you...

    edit edit: hmmm... it seems to be using my old picture profile...

    profile picture isn't the avatar it's the other one and my profile pic is a drunken rat. the lamp thingy is that i one day i started taking pictures with the webcam and i started taking pics of things that were near my computer and one day i decided to be a lamp! i'm crazy too...
